One-Year Warranty (Authorized Distributor Purchases)

All products purchased from an authorized distributor are covered by a one-year warranty. Note: This warranty does not apply to online purchases. No service or spare parts will be provided for online purchases.

To avail warranty service, customers must present a valid GST invoice issued by an authorized distributor. Warranty begins from the date mentioned on the GST invoice. This invoice also acts as the official warranty card.

During the one-year warranty period, repairs and necessary part replacements will be provided free of cost.

35-Year Free Service Policy (After Warranty)

After the expiry of the one-year warranty, customers are entitled to 35 years of free service, which includes:

How to Avail Service

  1. Contact your authorized branch directly to request service support.
  2. If the branch has relocated, call our support team at 1800-890-1108. Our representatives will share the nearest authorized branch details.
  3. If there is no branch in your area:
    • Securely pack and ship the product to our warehouse/service center (after invoice confirmation).
    • After repair, the product will be returned to you, and your courier charges will be refunded.

Please ensure you have your GST invoice (from an authorized distributor) while requesting service.
